摘要
为解决目前市场上时间继电器无法实现多时间点的定时控制且无法使用上位机软件对定时参数进行快速配置,无法满足工业自动化设备实际需求的问题,研制了基于N76E003AT20型单片机的智能时间继电器。该时间继电器是以N76E003AT20型单片机为核心,由单片机电路、通信刷机电路、24 V转5 V转换电路、显示电路、时钟芯片电路和输出控制电路组成,实现对时间智能控制。该智能时间继电器具有体积小、集成度高等特点,值得推广应用。
Currently,time relays in the market cannot achieve multi time point timing control and cannot use upper computer software to quickly configure timing parameters,which cannot meet the actual needs of industrial automation equipment.To solve the above problems,an intelligent time relay based on the N76E003AT20 microcontroller has been developed.The time relay is centered on the N76E003AT20 microcontroller and consists of six parts:microcontroller circuit,communication brush circuit,24 V to 5 V conversion circuit,display circuit,clock chip circuit,and output control circuit,achieving intelligent control of time.The intelligent time relay has the characteristics of small size and high integration,so it is worth popularizing and applying.
