摘要
以增材制造模型的内部结构作为研究对象,围绕结构的轻量化,探究增材制造晶格模型的生成方法。以假肢模型为例,通过分析晶格单元体结构与力学性能之间的关系,建立性能均衡的晶格结构类型,再利用骨架线来驱动晶格单元体模型设计,最后基于混合几何方法来建立轻量化晶格模型。
Taking the internal structure of additive manufacturing models as the research object,this paper explores the generation method of lattice models for additive manufacturing around the lightweighting of the structure.Taking the prosthetic limb model as an example,by analyzing the relationship between lattice unit structure and mechanical properties,a performance balanced lattice structure type is established,and then skeleton lines are used to drive the design of lattice unit model.Finally,a lightweight lattice model is established based on mixed geometry methods.
