煤矿绞车智能控制系统设计与研究

摘要 矿用绞车是联系井上与井下的重要运输设备,有矿井“咽喉”之称,但其电控系统存在效率低、安全隐患多和调速性能差等问题,严重影响煤矿安全高效生产。针对上述问题,设计了一套基于PLC及变频器控制的煤矿绞车智能控制系统,可实现绞车的自动启停、变频调速及故障报警。同时采用模糊PID控制算法对系统调速策略进行优化,有效提高了系统的调速性能,保障了绞车的安全高效运行。 The mining winch is an important transportation equipment that connects the upper and lower parts of the mine,known as the“throat”of the mine.However,its electrical control system has problems such as low efficiency,multiple safety hazards,and poor speed regulation performance,which seriously affects the safe and efficient production of the coal mine.In response to the above issues,this article designs an intelligent control system for coal mine winches based on PLC and frequency converter control,which can achieve automatic start stop,frequency conversion speed regulation,and fault alarm of the winches.At the same time,the system adopts fuzzy PID control algorithm to optimize the system speed regulation strategy,effectively improving the system speed regulation performance and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the winch.
