矿井空压机无人值守技术研究与应用

摘要 针对矿井空压机监控数据单一、故障感知能力差等问题,对空压机监控技术进行研究并设计了一套基于PLC的空压机无人值守监控系统。系统采用多传感器融合采集方案实现对设备温度、压力等参数的精确采集,并具备远程监测与故障预警诊断功能,实现了空压机无人值守,有效提高了空压机智能化运行水平。 In response to the problems of single monitoring data and poor fault perception ability of mine air compressors,research was conducted on air compressor monitoring technology,and a PLC based unmanned monitoring system for air compressors was designed.The system adopts a multi-sensor fusion collection scheme to accurately collect equipment temperature,pressure and other parameters,and has remote monitoring and fault warning diagnosis functions,achieving unmanned air compressor operation and effectively improving the intelligent operation level of the air compressor.
