摘要
通过分析风水沟煤矿矿井水的原水水质,介绍了矿井水处理站的工艺优缺点及系统设计。从调节池、高效旋流净化器、加药和煤泥储存及脱水4个单元进行了设备选型,分析了“调节+混凝+高效旋流”工艺的处理效果和运行成本。运行结果表明,该工艺出水可全部复用于选煤厂生产用水,成功实现了矿井水的资源化复用。
By analyzing the raw water quality of mine water in Fengshuigou Coal Mine,this paper introduced the process advantages and disadvantages of mine water treatment station and the system design.The equipment selection was carried out from the four units of regulating tank,high efficient cyclone purifier,dosing,coal slurry storage and dehydration,and analyzes the treatment effect and operation cost of the"regulation,coagulation and high efficient cyclone"process.The operation results show that the effluent from this process can be reused in the production water of coal preparation plant,and successfully realize the resource reuse of mine water.
