平行升压防灭火技术在采煤工作面启封及回采中的应用

摘要 徐矿集团新疆赛尔能源有限责任公司六矿A_(3)煤层埋藏较浅,A_(3)015综采工作面属易自燃厚煤层工作面,因受采动影响造成地表出现裂隙,形成采空区漏风通道,大量新鲜空气通过地表裂隙迅速涌入采空区,为遗煤提供氧气,工作面回采期间存在采空区遗煤自燃隐患,采取注氮、均压等综合防灭火措施,控制采空区遗煤自燃,达到预期效果。 The A_(3) coal seam of the sixth mine of Xukuang Group Xinjiang Sail Energy Co.,Ltd.has a shallow burial depth,and the A_(3)015 fully-mechanized mining face is a thick coal seam that is prone to spontaneous combustion.Due to the influence of mining,cracks appear on the surface,forming air leakage channels in the goaf.A large amount of fresh air quickly flows into the goaf through the surface cracks,providing oxygen for the remaining coal.There is a hidden danger of spontaneous combustion of the remaining coal in the goaf during the mining period of the working face.Comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology measures such as nitrogen injection and pressure equalization are taken to control the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf and achieve the expected effect.
