传统门座起重机司机是在司机室进行操作,操作司机存在环境观察不到位、精神不集中、起吊过快、起升高度不足等方面问题,且司机劳动强大,工作环境较为恶劣,容易造成一定程度的职业损伤。实现自动化作业后能够极大的减少装卸过程中人工的参与,有效防止了人为因素造成的生产事故,大大提高了生产作业的安全性,减少了事故所带来的经济损失及社会影响。

The traditional portal crane is operated by a driver in the driver's cab,which results in such problems as restricted field of vision,lack of concentration,lifting speed higher than the limit,insufficient lifting height and etc.In addition,a certain extent of occupational hazards are often just the result of high labor intensity and poor working conditions.Automatic operation can prevent the process of loading and unloading from manual operation as much as possible,effectively avoid the accidents in production resulting from human factor,greatly improve the safety in production,reduce economic loss and social impact brought by the accidents.
