摘要
近年来,秦皇岛西港区港口规模日益壮大,其货物的吞吐量也在逐年的上涨,港区内部的交通量也随之产生了巨幅的上涨,港区周边和港区内部现有的道路路网的通行能力及效率明显下降、交通运行效率降低的问题已暴露无遗。交通安全问题和通行不便的问题成为港区内部交通安全及交通能力治理的重点及难点。本文以秦皇岛西港区内部道路市政化提升改造工程为背景,分别从道路的平面设计、纵断面设计和交叉口设计等方面展开了港区道路路线的设计探讨,希望对后续港区内部的道路提升改造工程以及新建工程提供设计参考依据。
In recent years,the growing scale of Qinhuangdao port west harbor leads to its throughput capacity rising year by year as well as a huge increase in port traffic volume,which causes significant decrease in the traffic capacity and efficiency of the existing road network inside and outside the harbor.In the case,such problems as traffic security risk and inconvenience have been regarded as the focus and difficulties by port authorities.Based on the urbanization upgrading and reconstruction of the roads inside Qinhuangdao port west harbor,the design of harbor roads and routes is divided into plane design,longitudinal section design and intersection design,which may provide a reference for new or reconstruction projects.
