摘要
钢管桩按照贯入度进行收锤时,往往顶部标高与设计标高不一致需要进行割桩。传统的钢管桩海上割桩受潮位影响较大,一天可作业的时间有限,一个作业组一天能割桩10~15根,且需要专门的吊机配合使用,机械使用效率较低,且对于大风浪区域,其日均可以作业时间相对较少。东非某码头项目通过设计一种能适应全潮位的浮排,浮排采用葫芦拉离水面,消除了风浪将钢管桩人工割桩至数公分的连接,再采用吊机进行整片收割,一天能割桩40~50根,大大提高了割桩的效率,节省了机械台班,为其它使用钢管桩的码头工程提供参考。
The penetration degree serves as a parameter to stop tamping steel pipe pile with hammer,thus the top elevation of pile is often inconsistent with the design elevation,which requires pile-cutting process.The traditional offshore pile-cutting is greatly affected by tide level.Due to limited working time,10~15 piles can be cut by a team with a special crane per day,which means lower mechanical efficiency.Relatively less daily working time corresponds to the area with heavy stormy waves.A floating row suiting different tide levels is designed in a dock project in East Africa.A hoist is used to lift the floating row above water surface,which prevents stormy waves from the steel pipe piles being manually cut up to the connection in a few centimeters.40~50 piles can be cut by a crane a day subject to the operation in a whole area.The above process greatly improves pile cutting efficiency,reduces number of mechanical shifts,and provides a reference for the docks supported on steel pipe piles.
