摘要
随着生态环境和基本农田保护意识的逐渐增强,长江沿岸道路建设的填筑材料越来越多地采用了长江细砂,因地制宜地利用了当地料源。文章通过填砂路基断面结构形式的设计、路基稳定性计算验证及原材料性能检测分析,结果表明填砂路基的梯形包边结构稳定可靠,长江细砂亦是良好的路基填筑材料。结合工程实例的应用,试验总结了路基填砂施工中的机械组合、工序流程及工艺参数,经大面积填筑施工后的压实度检测和沉降观测,效果良好,可为后续同类型施工提供一定的借鉴意义。
With gradual increase of ecological environment and basic farmland protection awareness,much more fine sand of the Yangtze River is used as the fillings in the construction of roads along the Yangtze River according to local conditions.By analyzing the design of sand-filled subgrade section,the calculation of subgrade stability and the performance test of raw materials,trapezoidal cladding is defined as a stable and reliable structure for sand-filled subgrade,and fine sand of the Yangtze River is determined to be a kind of good subgrade fillings.The detailed application is studied to test and summarize mechanical combination,process flow and technological parameters,which suit sand filling of subgrade.The compaction degree detection and settlement observation subject to large-scale filling construction show good effect,and serve as a certain reference for similar projects.
