摘要
建筑屋面防水施工一直是大家关注的问题,因其容易受到各种条件和环境因素的影响,导致屋面基层的含水率普遍偏高;再加上屋面防水层的密闭性,如果水压超过了防水层与基层之间的结合强度,就会导致防水层与基层之间出现气泡现象,甚至会对防水层造成直接的破坏,从而影响到屋面的防水性能和耐用性。本文以建筑屋面防水施工技术为研究对象,阐述了屋面防水施工的相关技术要点,分析了施工技术存在的问题,并提出了控制策略。
The waterproofing construction of building roof is the issue that everyone has been concerned about,because it is easy to be affected by various conditions and environmental factors,the moisture content of the roof base is generally high;in addition to the airtightness of the roof waterproof layer,if the water pressure exceeds the bonding strength between the waterproof layer and the base layer,it will lead to the bubble phenomenon between the waterproof layer and the base layer,and even cause direct damage to the waterproof layer,thereby affecting the waterproof performance and durability of the roof.In this paper,the waterproofing construction technology of building roof is taken as the research object,the relevant technical points of roof waterproofing construction are expounded,the existing problems of construction technology are analyzed,and the control strategy is proposed.
