摘要
《肥料级硫酸铵》(GB/T 535—2020)发布以来,对比前国标其检测标准的各项指标要求做了颠覆性的修改,不仅化验方法与之前有较大差别,可选择的化验仪器也更多样化,对技术指标也做了相应改变。基于此,在新国标实施过程中,从操作人员取样代表性、操作规范性、安全性,蒸馏速度以及蒸馏时间三个方面分别阐述新国标在实际生产中的应用,进而实现对氮含量的准确测定。
Since the release of Fertilizer Grade Ammonium Sulfate(GB/T 535-2020),there have been disruptive modifications to the various indicator requirements of its testing standards compared to the previous national standards.Not only are there significant differences in the testing methods compared to before,but there are also more diverse selection of testing instruments,and corresponding changes have been made to the technical indicators.Based on this,in the implementation process of the new national standard,the application of the new national standard in actual production is elaborated from three aspects:representativeness of operator sampling,standardization of operation,safety,speed of distillation,and length of distillation time,in order to achieve accurate measurement of nitrogen content.
