摘要
为解决新型胶带在制备过程中添加增塑剂影响其阻燃性能的问题,结合实验需求设计实验方案并完成相关实验仪器的选型,重点对硼酸锌、氢氧化铝和三氧化二锑三种阻燃剂单独和配合使用时所成型胶带的阻燃性能进行具体考核验证,最终得出了最佳阻燃剂的配方为氢氧化铝为20 g,三氧化二锑为10 g,硼酸锌为20 g。
In order to solve the problem of adding plasticizers during the preparation process of new tape affecting its flame retardant performance,an experimental plan was designed based on experimental requirements and the selection of relevant experimental instruments was completed.The focus was on the specific assessment and verification of the flame retardant performance of the formed tape when zinc borate,aluminum hydroxide,and antimony trioxide flame retardants were used alone and in combination.Finally,the optimal flame retardant formula was determined to be aluminum hydroxide at 20 g,antimony trioxide is 10 g,and zinc borate is 20 g.
