摘要
随着中国工业的快速发展,对环境污染的加剧和水资源的短缺日益加剧。常规的废水处理技术已经不能满足对高含盐量、高有机物、高毒性的废水的处理要求。本研究旨在探讨基于机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)技术的废水处理方案。该方案通过利用机械压缩产生的蒸汽,提高废水蒸发效率,实现能源的回收和废水的浓缩。系统流程包括废水预处理、预热、MVR蒸发器处理、蒸汽再压缩、浓缩后废水处理以及蒸汽和水分离。关键设计考虑了MVR蒸发器的选择和设计,以最大程度地提高蒸发效率。综合考虑了能源回收、废水预处理、操作优化和废水后处理等因素,以确保系统的高效稳定运行。该废水处理方案为实现废水零排放和资源回收提供了一种可行的技术途径。
With the rapid development of Chinese industry,the intensification of environmental pollution and the shortage of water resources are becoming increasingly severe.Conventional wastewater treatment technologies can no longer meet the treatment requirements for high salt content,high organic matter,and high toxicity wastewater.The aim of this study is to explore wastewater treatment solutions based on mechanical vapor recompression(MVR)technology.This scheme improves the efficiency of wastewater evaporation by utilizing steam generated by mechanical compression,achieving energy recovery and wastewater concentration.The system process includes wastewater pretreatment,preheating,MVR evaporator treatment,steam recompression,concentrated wastewater treatment,and steam water separation.The key design considers the selection and design of MVR evaporators to maximize evaporation efficiency.It has comprehensively considered factors such as energy recovery,wastewater pretreatment,operation optimization,and wastewater post-treatment to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the system.This wastewater treatment scheme provides a feasible technical approach for achieving zero discharge of wastewater and resource recovery.
