摘要
中国先进研究堆(CARR)水平孔道控制系统用于控制屏蔽门的打开与关闭,其稳定运行将是确保堆上物理实验顺利进行以及让实验人员免受过量辐射的重要屏障。针对目前CARR水平孔道控制系统故障发生率高、精确度较低、控制手段过于单一以及缺少合理的整体结构设计等一系列问题进行了整改,并以1号孔道屏蔽门为实验对象对改造效果进行了初步验证,验证结果证实,经整改过后的水平孔道控制系统,其可靠性与精确度均能满足预期改造要求。
The horizontal channel control system of the China Advanced Research Reactor(CARR)is used to control the opening and closing of the screen door,and its stable operation will be an important barrier to ensure the smooth progress of physical experiments on the reactor and prevent the experimenters from excessive radiation.A series of problems of the high failure rate,low accuracy,single control means and lack of reasonable overall structure design of the CARR horizontal channel control system are rectified,and the No.1 channel screen door is used as the experimental object to carry out a preliminary verification of the renovation effect,and the verification results confirm that the reliability and accuracy of the rectified horizontal channel control system can meet the expected renovation requirements.
