线上学习者间知识共享模式与创新研究

Research on Knowledge Sharing Mode and Innovation Among Online Learners

随着我国高等教育的不断发展,知识共享的重要性日益凸显。知识共享作为一种新型学习交流模式,对线上学习者提出了新的要求。本文从线上学习者视角,对知识共享模式的内涵及特征进行分析。运用公平理论与过程型激励理论,从个人、组织、功能与技术4个层面探究影响线上学习者知识共享的相关因素并提出相关建议。推动学习者间知识共享的充分交流与共享,为当代大学生高效健康地进行线上学习提供参考与借鉴。

With the continuous development of higher education in China,the importance of knowledge sharing becomes increasingly prominent.As a new mode of learning and communication,knowledge sharing puts forward new requirements for online learners.From the perspective of online learners,this paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the knowledge sharing mode.Using the fairness theory and the process-based motivation theory,this paper explores the relevant factors affecting the knowledge sharing of online learners from four levels:individual,organization,function and technology,and puts forward relevant suggestions,which can promote the complete exchange and knowledge sharing among learners,and provide reference for contemporary college students to conduct online learning efficiently and healthily.
