本文主要介绍了上海市浦东新区农村生活污水治理运维综合监管平台的建设及应用情况。在平台辅助管理下,浦东新区的农村生活污水治理设施实现了远程全覆盖、全监管,且通过各村大屏展示、共享治理信息;减少了人工现场巡查养护频次,提高了设施养护质量,降低了运营管理成本,最终达到了长效养护管理信息化、规范化、流程化,设施运行管理公开化、透明化。平台建设有效解决了农村生活污水处理设施分布广、数量多、运营监管难度较大的痛点。

This paper primarily introduces the construction and application of the comprehensive supervision platform for rural domestic wastewater treatment operation and maintenance in Pudong New Area,Shanghai.With the assistance of this platform,the rural domestic wastewater treatment facilities in Pudong New Area have achieved remote full coverage and comprehensive supervision.Additionally,they have shared governance information through village-wide displays,reducing the frequency of manual on-site inspections and maintenance.This has resulted in improved maintenance quality,reduced operational management costs,and ultimately established long-term maintenance management that is informatized,standardized,and streamlined.The operation and management of the facilities have become more transparent and open.The platform construction effectively addresses the challenges posed by the wide distribution and large quantity of rural domestic wastewater treatment facilities,as well as the difficulty in operation and supervision.
