浅谈预埋陶瓷型芯工艺对钛合金铸件尺寸的影响

摘要 通过分析铸件和蜡模上孔槽深度尺寸数据,研究了两种陶瓷型芯定位方式对铸件孔槽深度尺寸的影响。研究表明,采用变尺寸陶瓷型芯定位方式,可以有效保证蜡模和铸件孔槽深度尺寸精度。 By analyzing the hole depth size data under different conditions of casting and wax patterns,the influence of two ceramic core positioning methods on the hole depth size was studied.Studies showed that the positioning method of variable-size ceramic core could effectively ensure the dimensional accuracy of wax patterns and casting hole depth.
