衷中参西方法下的多发性硬化病因病机探析

Analysis of etiology and pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

多发性硬化是一种中枢神经系统自身免疫性脱髓鞘疾病,该病的研究多见于西医。近年来中医对多发性硬化的认识逐渐深入,中医学者多从湿热、伏毒、督肾阳虚等方面解释本病病机。古籍中对该病的症状和病因病机描述颇多,然则较为分散,缺乏系统梳理。通过分析和整理多发性硬化相关的中医古籍为基础,同时参考西医现代化研究的理论,总结该病发病过程为正气亏虚、肺热叶焦、遗毒内伏、久热伤阴;发病基础在于肺肾不和、残余之邪未净,内外合邪则病复不全。系统归纳和阐述其病因病机,可丰富多发性硬化的中医理论内涵,为多发性硬化的现代临床诊疗提供新思路。

Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune demyelinating disease of the central nervous system,which is studied mostly in Western medicine.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has gradually deepened understanding of multiple sclerosis,and TCM scholars mostly explain the pathogenesis of this disease from the aspects of damp heat,latent toxin,and yang deficiency in governor vessel and kidney.The symptoms,etiology and pathogenesis of the disease have been described in many ancient books,but they are scattered and lack systematic integration.Therefore,based on the analysis and collation of ancient Chinese medicine books related to multiple sclerosis,and referring to the theory of modern Western medicine research,the paper systematically summarizes and expounds its etiology and pathogenesis.The pathogenesis of the disease is summarized as deficiency of healthy qi,lung heat scorching lobe,latent remnant toxin,and prolonged heat damaging yin.And the etiology is disharmony between the lung and kidney,remnant pathogenic factors failing to be eliminated,and the combination of internal and external pathogenic factors resulting in incomplete recovery from the disease.This paper is to enrich the connotation of TCM theory of multiple sclerosis and provide new ideas for the modern clinical diagnosis and treatment of multiple sclerosis.
