摘要
为了解仁怀市两栖爬行动物资源现状,运用样线法于2022一2023年在仁怀市内开展了实地调查,共记录到两栖动物1目7科15属19种,爬行动物1目6科14属16种。仁怀市两栖爬行动物区系特征明显,均以古北界东洋界广布种为主;两栖爬行动物分布集中于海拔550~950m之间;濒危等级分析显示,仁怀市两栖动物受威胁种类较少,但爬行动物受威胁种类略多;多样性分析结果显示仁怀市两栖类的F指数高于爬行类,分别为3.76和3.00,G指数略低于爬行类,分别为2.59和2.62;G-F指数分析结果揭示仁怀市两栖爬行动物多为单科单属型;平均动物区系相似性分析结果表明,仁怀市两栖爬行动物区系相似性与宽阔水国家级自然保护区呈周缘关系,与赤水和习水2个国家级自然保护区呈密切关系,这可能与河流对两栖爬行动物具有阻隔或促进交流的作用有关;最后本研究对仁怀市两栖爬行动物保护提出了相应意见。本次调查更进一步掌握了仁怀市两栖爬行动物的资源现状,为开展两栖爬行动物资源保护与研究提供了科学依据。
In order to understand the current situation of herpetological resources in Renhuai City,Guizhou Province of China.Field surveys were carried out based on the transect method from 2022 to 2023.The results showed that a total of 19 species of amphibians belonging to 1 order,7 families,15 genus,and 16 species of reptiles belonging to 1 order,6 families,14 genus were recorded.The amphibians and reptiles in Renhuai City had obvious floristic characteristics with the Oriental species dominated.The distribution of that was concentrated between 550 to 950 m at altitude.The endangered level analysis showed that there were fewer threatened species of amphibians in this area,but slightly more threatened species of reptiles.The results of diversity analysis results showed that the F index of amphibians was higher than that of reptiles,which were 3.76 and 3.00,respectively,while the G index was slightly lower than that of reptiles,with 2.59 and 2.62,respectively.The G-F index showed that most amphibians and reptiles were single family and single genus in Renhuai City.The average faunal similarity analysis showed that the similarity of amphibian and reptile flora in Renhuai City was circumferentially related to Kuankuoshui National Nature Reserve,and closely related to the two national nature reserves of Chishui and Xishui,which may be related to the topography and geomorphology of Renhuai City.Finally,this study puts forward corresponding opinions on the conservation of amphibians and reptiles in Renhuai City.This survey further grasped the resource status of amphibians and reptiles in Renhuai City,and provided a scientific basis for the conservation and research of herpetological resources.
