云南省居民对爱国卫生“7个专项行动”的知晓率和满意度分析

Analysis of the awareness rate and satisfaction degree of residents in Yunnan Province about the"7 special actions'of patriotic health

目的 调查2021年11月-2022年5月云南省129个县(市、区)居民对国家卫生城镇创建的知晓率和爱国卫生“7个专项行动”的满意度,为推进爱国卫生工作提供数据支撑和理论依据。方法 采用多阶段抽样方法对居民进行入户问卷调查,利用描述性分析、χ2检验进行统计分析。结果 共收回有效问卷8 523份,居民对国家卫生城镇创建的知晓率为95.78%,不同年龄和文化程度等因素的居民对国家卫生城镇创建的知晓率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.959、301.658,P<0.05)。爱国卫生“7个专项行动”总体满意度为92.02%,不同年龄和文化程度等因素的居民,对爱国卫生“7个专项行动”的满意度,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.081、102.850,P<0.05),“农贸市场全提升”专项行动满意度最高为97.92%。结论 云南省居民对国家卫生城镇创建的知晓率较高,而“清洁消毒全覆盖”和“健康生活众参与”专项行动满意度较低,各级部门要进一步落实“环境卫生制度化、清洁消毒标准化、疫情防控常态化”,积极组织开展爱国卫生大扫除活动,大力普及健康知识,提升居民健康素养水平。

Objective To investigate the awareness rate of residents in 129 counties(cities and districts)in Yunnan Province on the establishing of national health city and town and the satisfaction degree of the"7 special actions"of patriotic health from November 2021 to May 2022,in order to provide data support and theoretical basis for the promotion of patriotic health work.Methods Household questionnaires were conducted on residents using a multi-stage sampling method with statistical analysis using descriptive analysis and Chi-square test.Results A total of 8523 valid questionnaires were recovered,and the awareness rate of residents about the establishing of national health city and town was 95.78%.There were statistically significant differences in the rate of establishing of national health city and town awareness among residents of different ages and literacy levels of education and etcetera factors(x2=10.959,301.658,P<0.05).The overall satisfaction degree of the"7 special actions"of patriotic health was 92.02%.There were statistically significant differences in satisfaction degree of the"7 special actions"of patriotic health among residents of different ages and levels of education and etcetera factors(x2=19.081,102.850,P<0.05).The highest satisfaction degree was 97.92%for the special action of"Improving farm product markets".Conclusion The awareness rate of residents in Yunnan Province on the establishing of national health city and town is relatively high,while the satisfaction of"Full coverage of cleaning and disinfection"and"Participating healthy life for all residents"special actions is low,departments at all levels should further implement the"environmental sanitation institutionalization,cleaning and disinfection standardization,epidemic prevention and control normalized",actively organize and carry out patriotic health cleaning activities,vigorously popularize health knowledge,and enhance the level of health literacy of the residents.
