郧西二翅六道木野生种质资源评价

摘要 二翅六道木在十堰郧西分布广泛,野生资源类型丰富,是具有地方传统的食材,在当地素有“神仙叶”之称,“郧西神仙叶”也成为国家地理标志农产品。本研究收集20种不同种质资源,建立资源圃,通过表型性状结合分子标记试验,开展栽培利用价值的观测与研究,选出综合性状表现较好的5个种质材料,分别对这5份材料的新梢数量、新梢叶片数、新梢成熟叶鲜重植物学特性进行测定,发现5号单株产叶量显著高于其他。AFLP试验结果显示,5个样品材料相似系数介于0.7503~0.8194,具有亲缘关系且有一定遗传差异。以上研究结果为郧西神仙叶实现野转家规模化种植和相关科研提供依据。 Abelia macrotera is a plant of Caprifoliaceae family Abelia genus,It was Widely distributed in local region,also a local traditional food materials,and it was rich in wild resource types.“Yunxi Immortal Leaf”is a geographical indication agricultural product validated and registered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China.In this study,We surveyed and collected 20 different germplasm resources to create a resource bed.Observations and research on cultivation utilization values through phenotypic traits combined with molecular marker tests.Five types were selected that had a good overall traits and their botanical characteristics of number of new shoots,number of new leaves,and fresh weight of new mature leaves were determined.Among them,It was found that plant No.5 had significantly higher leaf yield per plant than the other plants.The results of the AFLP test showed that the similarity coefficients of the five sample materials ranged from 0.7503 to 0.8194,The results of AFLP test showed that the similarity coefficients of the five sample materials ranged from 0.7503-0.8194,which were related and had some genetic differences.The above research results provide a basis for the large-scale cultivation of Yunxi Shenxianye and related scientific research.
