摘要
目的 分析早期妊娠稽留流产患者心理障碍水平及其危险因素。方法 选取232例早期妊娠稽留流产患者为研究对象,于患者入院时采用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)评价其心理障碍水平,采集患者相关资料,比较不同资料特征患者心理障碍水平,采用多因素Logistic分析患者心理障碍水平相关危险因素。结果 232例患者中,61例患者SCL-90评分高于160分,平均(170.46±7.81)分。经多因素Logistic回归分析显示:产次、妊娠结局不良史、家庭功能较差及社会支持低下是患者心理障碍水平的相关危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 早期妊娠稽留流产患者多存在不同程度的心理障碍,临床应更加重视健康教育,同时针对不同患者的心理状态,联合家属对患者实施个性化的心理疏导,以降低患者心理障碍水平。
Objective To analyze the level of psychological disorder and its risk factors in patients with missed abortion in early pregnancy.Methods 232 patients with missed abortion in early pregnancy were selected as the study objects.The 90-item symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90) was used to evaluate the level of psychological disorders of the patients at admission.Relevant data of the patients were collected,the levels of psychological disorders of the patients with different data characteristics were compared,and the risk factors related to the level of psychological disorders of the patients were analyzed by multivariate Logistic analysis.Results Among 232 patients,61 patients had SCL-90 scores higher than 160,with an average of(170.46±7.81).Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that birth time,adverse history of pregnancy outcome,poor family function and low social support were the risk factors for psychological disorders(P<0.05).Conclusion Most of the patients with missed abortion in early pregnancy have different degrees of psychological disorders.Clinical attention should be paid to health education.At the same time,according to different psychological states of patients,personalized psychological counseling should be carried out jointly with family members to reduce the level of psychological disorders of patients.
