炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果研究

Effect of ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的 探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮片(商品名:达英-35)联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。方法 选取60例多囊卵巢综合征患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组接受达英-35治疗,研究组接受二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、性激素水平、糖脂代谢指标及妊娠结局。结果 研究组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平低于治疗前,雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于治疗前,且研究组T、FSH、LH水平均低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、空腹血糖(FPG)指标均低于治疗前,且研究组HbA1c、TG、TC、FPG指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组妊娠率高于对照组,流产率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征,能更好的调节机体性激素水平、糖脂代谢水平,疗效、妊娠结局均更为理想。

Objective To explore the efficacy of ethinylestradiol cycloproterenol tablets(trade name:Diane-35) combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and divided into control group and study group with 60 cases each by random number table method.The control group received Diane-35 treatment,and the study group received metformin combined with Diane-35 treatment.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67% higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum testosterone(T),follicular estrogen(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the level of estradiol(E_(2)) was higher than before treatment,and the levels of T,FSH and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of E_(2) was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of HbA1c,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC) and fasting blood glucose(FPG) in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the indexes of HbA1c,TG,TC and FPG in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the abortion rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,Diane-35 combined with metformin can better regulate the body's sex hormone level,glucose and lipid metabolism level,and the curative effect and pregnancy outcome are more ideal.
