全方位护理对妊娠期糖尿病合并高血压患者遵医行为和分娩结局的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing on compliance behavior and delivery outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension

目的 探讨全方位护理对妊娠期糖尿病合并高血压患者遵医行为和分娩结局的影响。方法 选取52例妊娠期糖尿病合并高血压患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组26例。对照组给予基础护理,观察组给予全方位护理。比较两组护理前后的血糖、血压水平、遵医行为率及不良分娩结局发生率。结果 护理后观察组的血糖和血压水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的饮食遵医率、用药遵医率及自检遵医率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良分娩结局发生率3.85%低于对照组的30.77%(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期糖尿病合并高血压患者给予全方位护理,能够有效控制血糖和血压在理想状态,提高遵医行为率,减少不良分娩结局,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on compliance behavior and delivery outcomes of gestational diabetes mellitus patients with hypertension.Methods 52 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.Blood glucose,blood pressure,compliance behavior and adverse delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results After nursing,the blood glucose and blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rates of diet compliance,medication compliance and self-examination compliance in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the observation group was 3.85% lower than that in the control group(30.77%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving comprehensive nursing to patients with gestational diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension can effectively control blood sugar and blood pressure in an ideal state,enhance the rate of compliance behavior,and reduce adverse delivery outcomes,which is worthy of clinical application.
