产房分娩实施人文关怀结合体位护理的效果分析

Effect analysis of humanist care combined with postural nursing in delivery room

目的 探讨在产房分娩实施人文关怀结合体位护理的应用效果。方法 选取50名产妇,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组25名。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以人文关怀结合体位护理。比较两组护理效果、新生儿Apgar评分、产妇抑郁评分以及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果 护理后观察组择取舒适体位、新生儿抚触、非药物性镇痛疗法、加强产房管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,且观察组产妇汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分(4.21±0.04)分低于对照组的(8.30±0.09)分(P<0.05)。两组不良妊娠结局发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 人文关怀结合体位护理应用于产妇分娩中,可以缓解产妇抑郁情绪,提升新生儿出生质量,降低不良妊娠结局发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care combined with postural nursing in delivery room.Methods 50 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic care combined with postural nursing.The nursing effect,neonatal Apgar score,maternal depression score and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05) in choosing comfortable position,touching newborn,non-drug analgesia and strengthening delivery room management.The Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the maternal hamilton depression scale(HAMD) score in the observation group was lower(4.21±0.04) points than that in the control group(8.30±0.09) points(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care combined with postural nursing in maternal delivery can alleviate maternal depression,improve newborn birth quality,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
