心理护理对四维彩超检查产妇负面情绪、配合度及护理满意度的影响

The effect of psychological nursing on negative emotion,cooperation and nursing satisfaction of pregnant women examined by four-dimensional color ultrasound

目的 探讨心理护理对四维彩超检查产妇负面情绪、配合度及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取100名接受四维彩超检查的产妇,按照随机数字表法进行分组,每组50名。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加强心理护理。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)判定两组产妇的心理情绪变化,并观察产妇的超声检查配合度及护理满意度。结果 与护理前相比,两组护理后的SAS、SDS评分均下降,且观察组产妇SAS评分(38.58±3.87)分、SDS评分(40.17±4.06)分均低于对照组的(49.69±4.94)分、(48.96±4.88)分(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组产妇超声检查配合度更高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组产妇护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论 心理护理可显著缓解四维彩超检查产妇的负面情绪,并提高产妇的超声检查配合度,以利于其护理满意度的提高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on negative emotion,cooperation degree and nursing satisfaction of parturients examined by four-dimensional color ultrasound.Methods 100 parturients receiving 4D color ultrasound were selected and divided into groups according to random number table method,with 50 in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) were used to determine the psychological and emotional changes of the two groups of women,and the cooperation degree of ultrasound examination and nursing satisfaction of the women were observed.Results Compared with before nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups decreased after nursing,and the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group(38.58±3.87) points and SDS(40.17±4.06) points were lower than those in control group(49.69±4.94)points and(48.96±4.88) points respectively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the cooperation of ultrasound examination in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of maternal nursing in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can significantly alleviate the negative emotions of the women examined by the four-dimensional color ultrasound,and improve the cooperation of the ultrasound examination of the women,in order to improve their nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
