产后护理对产妇乳汁分泌的促进作用分析

目的 分析产后护理对产妇乳汁分泌的促进作用。方法 选取46名分娩产妇,通过数字抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组23名。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性产后护理。比较两组不同时间的母乳喂养情况、产后Latches量表、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果 观察组产妇在产后1周、产后3个月时的母乳喂养人数明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后的Latches量表和生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组产妇对护理服务满意度100%明显高于对照组的69.57%(P<0.05)。结论 产妇通过针对性产后护理可以提高母乳喂养率,同时能够提高产妇的生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the promoting effect of postpartum nursing on maternal milk secretion.Methods 46 parturients were selected and divided into control group and observation group by digital drawing method,with 23 in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted postpartum nursing.The breastfeeding status,postpartum Latches scale,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups at different times.Results The number of mothers in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 1 week and 3 months postpartum(P<0.05).Postnatal Latches scale and quality of life score in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing service in the observation group was 100% higher than that in the control group 69.57%(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted postpartum care can improve the breastfeeding rate and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of mothers.
