摘要
以二氯甲烷为溶剂,通过单因素和正交实验设计,优化得到虾青素油粗品皂化的最佳条件为:皂化液3 mg/mL NaOH-甲醇溶液,温度10℃,时间60 min,溶剂与皂化液体积比为1:2。皂化物经硅胶柱层析纯化可得游离虾青素,纯度达96%,利用红外、核磁、质谱等对产品进行了表征。
The saponification conditions of the crude astaxanthin oil were optimized with dichloromethane as the solvent by single factor and orthogonal experiments.When the temperature is 10℃,the time is 60 min,and the volume ratio of the solvent to the saponification solution is 1:2,the free astaxanthin with a purity of 96% after column separation on silica gel using a 3 mg/mL NaOH-methanol saponification solution was obtained.The product was characterized by IR,NMR and mass spectrum analysis.
