AMT控制器电磁发射干扰特性研究

摘要 基于GJB 151B—2013中对军用设备和分系统的电磁发射要求,以某型号AMT控制器为研究对象,进行AMT控制器电磁发射干扰特性分析,开展CE102电源线传导发射试验和RE102电场辐射发射试验。试验结果表明:试验用AMT控制器的电源线传导发射和电场辐射发射均满足GJB 151B—2013的电磁发射要求,电源正线和电源负线的电磁传导发射情况基本一致,均存在以50 Hz为基波的多次谐波干扰,在50 Hz处安全裕度最小,约为10 dBμV;经屏蔽处理后的AMT控制器在垂直极化和水平极化两种天线状态下的电磁辐射情况基本一致。为进一步提高AMT控制器电磁发射干扰的安全裕度,既要在电源线端口处采取以50 Hz为基波的多次谐波干扰抑制措施,同时还要对AMT控制器上的孔缝、接口以及线缆进一步采取屏蔽防护措施。 Based on the electromagnetic emission requirements for military equipment and subsystems in GJB151B-2013,and by taking a certain model of AMT controller as the research object,the electromagnetic emission interference characteristics of AMT controller is analyzed,and CE102 power line conducted emission test and RE102 electric field radiation emission test are conducted.The experimental results show that the power line conducted emission and electric field radiation emission of the AMT controller used in the experiment can meet the electromagnetic emission requirements of GJB 151B-2013.The electromagnetic conducted emission of the power line positive and power line negative are basically the same,and there are multiple harmonic interferences with 50 Hz as the fundamental wave.The safety margin is the smallest at 50 Hz,about 10 dBμV.The electromagnetic radiation of the AMT controller after shielding treatment is basically consistent in both vertical polarization and horizontal polarization antenna states.To further improve the safety margin of electromagnetic emission interference in AMT controllers,multiple harmonic interference suppression measures with 50 Hz as the fundamental wave should be taken at the power line port,and meanwhile the further shielding and protection measures should be taken for the holes,interfaces,and cables on the AMT controller.
