TRP通道与炎症性肠病内脏高敏感相关研究进展

摘要 炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是临床常见的慢性、复发性炎症性疾病,其主要特点是肠道弥漫性炎症和内脏敏感性改变,且病因及发病机制复杂。瞬时受体电位(transient receptor potential,TRP)通道于胃肠道分布广泛,作为多种刺激的检测器、效应器和信号转导器参与调控IBD肠道炎症和内脏高敏感(visceral hypersensitivity,VHS),并对其产生促进或抑制作用。本文就已知主要的TRP通道与IBD中VHS的相关研究进展作一综述。 Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) is a common clinical chronic and recurrent inflammatory disease,which is mainly characterized by diffuse intestinal inflammation and visceral sensitivity changes,and has a complex pathogenesis and etiology.Transient receptor potential(TRP) channel is widely distributed in the gastrointestinal tract,as a multiple stimulus detector,effectors and signal transducers involved in regulating intestinal inflammation and visceral hypersensitivity(VHS) and promoting or inhibiting it.This review summarized the progress of known major TRP channels and VHS in IBD.
