法学虚拟仿真一流课程建设实践与思考

On the Practice and Speculation on the Construction of First-class Virtual Simulation Courses in Legal Education

随着教育部政策的推进落实,法学虚拟仿真一流课程建设越来越具有必要性,本文在比较分析法学类虚拟仿真一流课程申报材料的基础上,将各实验课程划分为“业务流程体验类”和“思维过程训练类”,在分析现有法学实验教学不足的基础上,定义了“虚拟仿真”中“仿真”的含义,以期对法学虚拟仿真实验一流课程建设有所启发。

Along with the promotion and implementation of policies of the Ministry of Education,the necessity of constructing first-class virtual simulation courses in legal education is continuing improved.Based on the analysis of all legal virtual simulation programs applied in 2019,this article divides the programs into two categories,i.e.,operation flow experiencing and thinking process training.After the discussion of the deficiency of current legal experimental teaching,the author defines the“simulation”so as to contribute the construction of virtual simulation in legal education.
