提升残疾人康复服务水平,促进残疾人平等参与社会生活,是维护残疾人的基本权利,加快脱贫攻坚步伐,构建健康中国的关键,也是提升残疾人社会地位、改善生活状况、实现梦想的必由之路。全文主要阐述了当前中国残疾人康复服务的发展状况,发现并总结了“十四五”期间中国残疾人在康复服务中出现的主要问题和缺陷,为推动残疾人康复服务的高质量均衡发展提出相应的建议。

Improving the level of rehabilitation services for the disabled and promoting their equal participation in social life are the key to safeguarding their basic rights,speeding up the pace of poverty alleviation and building a healthy China,and the only way to improve their social status,improve their living conditions and realize their dreams.This paper mainly expounds the current development of rehabilitation services for the disabled in China,and finds and summarizes the main problems and defects of rehabilitation services for the disabled in China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,with a view to putting forward corresponding suggestions for promoting the high-quality and balanced development of rehabilitation services forthe disabled.
