摘要
目的:分析床边间歇性血液透析(IHD)在老年肾衰竭(RF)患者中的疗效及对营养状况、钙磷代谢的影响。方法:选取河南省第二人民医院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的60例老年RF患者,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(n=30)给予常规血液透析(HD)治疗,观察组(n=30)采取床边IHD治疗,分析两组治疗效果、营养状况、钙磷代谢、肾功能的变化。结果:观察组治疗效果高于对照组,且两组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组营养状况水平、血钙水平、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)水平高于对照组,血磷水平、生肌酐清除率(Ccr)水平低于对照组,且组内对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低血压发生率6.67%低于对照组26.67%(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038)。结论:老年RF患者采取床边IHD治疗,可明显改善患者肾功能和钙磷代谢状况,调节患者营养状况。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of bedside intermittent hemodialysis(IHD)in elderly patients with renal failure and its effect on nutritional status and calcium and phosphorus metabolism(RF).Method:60 elderly RF patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Henan Province from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as an example and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=30)was treated with conventional hemodialysis(HD)treatment,and the observation group(n=30)received bedside IHD treatment to analyze the changes of treatment effect,nutritional status,calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and renal function of the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the two groups were compared(P<0.05).After treatment,the nutritional status,blood calcium level,urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(SCr)were higher than the control group,and creatinine clearance(Ccr)were lower than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hypotension in the observation group was 6.67%lower than that in the control group by 26.67%(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038).Conclusion:The bedside IHD treatment in the elderly RF patients can significantly improve the renal function and calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and regulate the nutritional status of the patients.
