网络暴力的形成机制与对策研究

近年来,一些不良媒体为了获取流量而编造或者扭曲事实,甚至为了制造热点而虚构事件,在媒体的引导下很多网民缺乏理性的判断能力,跟风进行当事人的谩骂和侮辱,导致最终“网络暴力”的发生。网络暴力具有主体的隐蔽性、传播场所的虚拟性、危害的无穷性等特点。网络暴力中,其场所不仅仅限于互联网,“网络”除指在互联网上发生外,还指由互联网引申而出的其他场所,包括人肉搜索、非理性的侵扰行为等。网民的态度、网络主观规范、网络环境三者是影响网络舆论暴力行为的重要因素。因此,应从加强网络技术的监控和疏导、加强法律制度建设、完善网络传播的道德规范引导体系、明确网络平台责任、落实追责制度等方面进行约束。

In recent years,some bad media fabricate or distort facts in order to obtain traffic,and even fabricate events in order to create hot spots.Under the guidance of the media,many netizens lack rational judgment ability and follow the trend to abuse and insult the parties,leading to the final occurrence of"network violence".Cyber violence has the characteristics of concealment of the subject,virtuality of the spreading place,infinite harm,etc.In cyber violence,its place is not only limited to the Internet,"network"in addition to the occurrence of the Internet,but also refers to other places derived from the Internet,including human flesh search,irrational intrusive behavior.The attitude of netizens,the subjective norms of the Internet and the environment of the Internet are the important factors that affect the violent behavior of the Internet public opinion.Therefore,we should strengthen the monitoring and dredging of network technology,strengthen the construction of legal system,improve the moral guidance system of network communication,clarify the responsibility of network platforms,and implement the accountability system.
