党的二十大报告将“深化全民阅读活动”作为提高全社会文明程度的重要途径。书香社会建设是深化全民阅读的重要实践载体,从建设书香校园到融入书香社会,是高校图书馆服务全民阅读的可行路径。文章介绍了全民阅读的背景,指出了高校图书馆参与社区服务的必要性。提出了高校图书馆参与社区服务的对策。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards"deepening the nationwide reading activities"as an important way to improve the level of civilization of the entire society.The construction of a scholarly society is an important practical carrier for deepening public reading.From building a scholarly campus to integrating into a scholarly society,it is a feasible path for university libraries to serve the public in reading.The article introduces the background of universal reading and points out the necessity of university libraries participating in community services.Proposed countermeasures for university libraries to participate in community services.
