酒店不同学历新生代员工工作满意度影响因素比较研究

摘要 酒店员工工作满意度与顾客满意度密切相关。在酒店行业中,新生代员工在酒店经营管理中占据日益重要的地位。本文以酒店员工为问卷调研对象,运用因子分析法构建不同学历员工工作满意度的评价模型。评价模型显示,工作环境因子对较高学历员工工作满意度评价结果影响较大,工作回报因子则对较低学历员工影响较大。另外,工作关系和工作本身对较高学员工作满意度的影响稍高于对较低学历员工的影响。 The job satisfaction of hotel employees is closely related to customer satisfaction.In the hotel industry,the new generation of employees occupy an increasingly important position in hotel management.This article takes hotel employees as survey subjects and uses factor analysis to construct an evaluation model for job satisfaction of employees with different educational backgrounds.The evaluation model shows that work environment factors have a greater impact on the job satisfaction evaluation results of employees with higher education,while work return factors have a greater impact on employees with lower education.In addition,the impact of work relationships and work itself on job satisfaction among higher trainees is slightly higher than that on employees with lower education levels.
