动态能力视角下战略创业的演化——以东方甄选为例

The Evolution of Strategic Entrepreneurship from the Perspective of Dynamic Capability--Taking Dongfang Zhenxuan as an Example

围绕数字经济时代下企业动态能力和战略创业行为演化主题,本文尝试以“东方甄选”,在VUCA环境里,从动态能力转变视角,探析“战略创业组织整合机会搜寻与优势搜寻的转换过程”这一研究问题。研究发现,东方甄选的战略创业行为基于外部环境与内部资源的动态能力演化,主导了探索与利用活动的转换,从而推动东方甄选的竞争优势从资源优势、功能优势到协同优势的更迭。本文为企业创业转型提供了一个可供参考的样本。

Focusing on the theme of the evolution of dynamic capabilities and strategic entrepreneurial behavior of enterprises in the digital economy era,this article attempts to explore the research problem of“the transformation process between opportunity search and advantage search in the integration of strategic entrepreneurial organizations”from the perspective of dynamic capability transformation in the VUCA environment,using“Oriental Selection”.Research has found that Dongfang Zhenxuan's strategic entrepreneurial behavior is based on the dynamic evolution of external environment and internal resources,leading to the transformation of exploration and utilization activities,thereby promoting the transformation of Dongfang Zhenxuan's competitive advantage from resource advantage,functional advantage to collaborative advantage.This article provides a reference sample for enterprise entrepreneurship and transformation.
