贸易强国研究综述及展望

A Review and Prospects of Research on Trade Powerful Countries

加快由贸易大国向贸易强国转变,是中国推进贸易高质量发展的必然选择,也是建设社会主义现代化强国的战略目标。梳理总结国内外学者关于贸易强国的研究成果,发现贸易强国的内涵与特征主要基于贸易和国家两个视角展开,目前尚无统一定论。由此形成了贸易、国家、制度三个层面的衡量指标体系。对于推动中国从贸易大国向贸易强国转变,学者在总结强国发展经验、对比中外贸易差距、提出贸易强国建设的中国路径等方面开展了丰富的研究。随着世界政治经济形势的变化,关于贸易强国建设的学理研究和政策设计还需要不断深入与完善。需要从国家长期发展战略目标出发,结合国际政治经济形势变化和中国贸易强国建设的短板,与时俱进地深化理论研究与实践探索。

Accelerating the transformation from a trading power to a trading power is an inevitable choice for China to promote high-quality trade development,and also a strategic goal for building a socialist modernized strong country.Summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on trade powers,it is found that the connotation and characteristics of trade powers are mainly based on the perspectives of trade and the state,and there is currently no unified theory.This has formed a measurement index system at three levels:trade,country,and system.Scholars have conducted extensive research on promoting China's transformation from a trading power to a trading power,summarizing the development experience of a strong country,comparing the trade gap between China and foreign countries,and proposing China's path to building a trading power.With the changes in the world political and economic situation,theoretical research and policy design on the construction of a trading power still need to be continuously deepened and improved.We need to start from the long-term development strategic goals of the country,combine the changes in the international political and economic situation with the shortcomings of China's trade power construction,and deepen theoretical research and practical exploration in keeping with the times.
