衡阳市建筑业营商环境核心影响指标分析

Analysis of Core Impact Indicators on the Business Environment of the Construction Industry in Hengyang City

本文通过选取衡阳市建筑企业建设许可办理情况,构建出衡阳市建筑业建营商环境测评体系,选取一级指标5个,二级指标17个建立模型;并通过对衡阳市32家企业和单位的走访,对模型的指标进行实测分析,提出针对衡阳市建筑业营商环境优化的合理建议。

This article constructs a construction business environment evaluation system in Hengyang City by selecting the construction permit application situation of construction enterprises.Five primary indicators and 17 secondary indicators are selected to establish the model;And through visits to 32 enterprises and units in Hengyang City,the indicators of the model were measured and analyzed,and reasonable suggestions were proposed for optimizing the business environment of the construction industry in Hengyang City.
