加快发展国家战略性重大新兴产业是不断优化中国产业结构、转变中国经济社会增长驱动方式、实现新旧动能转换的重要举措。也是未来新一轮产业革命中世界各国主要的竞争领域,对未来全球产业格局和国际分工体系有着重大影响。当前中国战略性新兴产业已经有了一定程度的发展,经济发展势态良好,基础设施建设不断完善,资源不断集中,取得了一定的发展成果。如何进一步发展战略性新兴产业,本文对此进行探讨。
