氧合评估在严重急性呼吸系统综合征中的价值

摘要 严重急性呼吸系统综合征(severe acute respiratory syndromes,SARS)是一种急性呼吸系统疾病,SARS主要是源于病毒的传染病,其特点是传染性高、传播速度快、发病率高。最具有代表性的为2002年11月在广东和2019年12月在武汉爆发的两次疫情,对世界范围内的医疗保健体系提出了严峻的挑战,对人们的生活、经济的稳定等都产生了重大的影响。SARS-CoV是2002年SARS暴发的病因[1],而2019冠状病毒疾病(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)是一种主要由新型冠状病毒感染(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-COV-2)引起的呼吸道传染病,主要影响呼吸系统,严重可至呼吸衰竭[2]。根据世界卫生组织(WHO)的数据显示,自COVID-19以来全球累计报告确诊SARS-CoV-2型病例超过7.53亿,死亡病例超过700万。SARS的高传染性是其病死率增加的重要因素之一,这也导致了各个国家患者入院人数超过了医疗系统的能力[3,4,5,6,7]。
