摘要
教师专业愿景对于促进幼儿教师主动长效发展至关重要。以560名幼儿园教师作为调查对象,编制《幼儿园教师专业愿景调查问卷》,了解幼儿教师专业愿景现状。通过探索性因素分析将幼儿教师专业愿景划分为理想实践意向、愿景效能感、愿景意义感、愿景实践感和未来规划5个维度,并通过验证性因素分析得出数据拟合度较好。抽取500名幼儿教师进行正式问卷调查,结果表明:幼儿园教师专业愿景总体上居于良好水平,且在不同任职幼儿园类型、不同任职时间和婚姻状况上存在极其显著性差异。因此,从以下两个方面提出建议:教师明晰专业愿景,丰富自我经验;幼儿园构建园所文化,给予支持保障。
Teachers'professional vision is very important to promote the active and long-term development of preschool teachers.In order to understand the current situation of professional vision of kindergarten teachers,the questionnaire on professional vision of kindergarten teachers was compiled based on 560 kindergarten teachers.Through exploratory factor analysis,the professional vision of kindergarten teachers was divided into 5 dimensions:ideal practice intention,vision efficacy,vision meaning,vision practice and future planning;and the data fit was obtained through confirmatory factor analysis.The formal questionnaire survey was conducted on 500 kindergarten teachers;and the results showed that the professional vision of kindergarten teachers was generally at a good level,and there were extremely significance in different types of kindergartens,different working hours and marital status.Therefore,it suggests that teachers should clarify their professional vision and enrich their self-experience;the kindergarten should build the kindergarten culture,and provide supports and guarantee.
