Teacher engagement in administration is a vital component of enhancing the internal governance structure of educational institutions. It represents an inevitable requirement for advancing the modernization of education governance system and governance capability. This research article traces the theoretical foundation of teacher participation in management and, analyzs the compatibility to introduce the four dimensional structural model of Lawler's participatory management theory into teacher engagement in administration processes. The case study of G School is examined, which employs a"dual-track management"approach involving both administrative and project management. This analysis is conducted across such four dimensions as information sharing, knowledge development and training, compensation systems, and power distribution.By considering subjective consciousness, cultural atmosphere and institutional mechanisms, the article presents several recommendations for fostering effective teacher participation in school management.
