低速变稠度叶栅绕流的数值模拟研究

摘要 采用数值方法对NACA65-009翼型开展不同工况下的流动分析研究,将计算结果和已知的公开数据进行对比.基于叶栅表面附近流场特征计算,研究叶栅尾流区的边界层速度分布、尾迹区宽度、最大损失速度,以及不同叶栅稠度等流动参数对流动特征的影响.结果表明:由于叶栅流场受端壁和稠度的影响很大,端壁附近易产生流动分离;当稠度I=0.72~1.52时,稠度的改变对翼型叶栅气动性能影响不大,但稠度增加到一定值后,相邻叶栅尾流会发生干涉,尾迹区湍流强度进一步增大,降低叶栅气动性能. The flow analysis of NACA65-009 airfoil under different working conditions was carried out by numerical method,and the calculated results were compared with the known published data.Based on the calculation of flow field characteristics near the cascade surface,the effects of boundary layer velocity distribution,wake width,maximum loss velocity and different cascade consistency on flow characteristics were studied.The results show that the flow field of cascade is greatly influenced by the end wall and consistency,and the flow separation is easy to occur near the end wall.When the consistency I=0.72~1.52,the change of consistency has little effect on the aerodynamic performance of airfoil cascade.However,when the consistency increases to a certain value,the wake of adjacent cascades will interfere,and the turbulence intensity in the wake area will further increase,which will reduce the aerodynamic performance of cascades.
