摘要
根据典型压力容器如贮罐、槽车、安捷通等应变强化产品的生产经验,结合数值模拟方法,针对典型低温压力容器产品建模分析,总结不同低温压力容器产品应变强化变形规律,研究分析影响应变强化变形量的主要因素,并积累试验数据对相应产品计算结果进行修正,满足相关产品在生产、制造上的需求。
Based on the production experience of pressure strengthening products for typical pressure vessels such as storage tanks,tank trucks and micro-bulk tank,combined with numerical simulation methods,modeling and analysis of typical low-temperature pressure vessel products are conducted.The pressure strengthening deformation laws of different low-temperature pressure vessel products are summarized,and the main factors affecting the pressure strengthening deformation amount are studied and analyzed.Experimental data is accumulated to correct the calculation results of corresponding products,meeting the requirements of relevant products in production manufacturing.
