摘要
低温吸附剂,13X和5A两种分子筛的混合物,作为低温容器在役期间保证真空质量的重要部件,起到至关重要的作用。吸附剂特性活跃,在制造过程中不可避免的会与外界接触,导致部分性能的损失,如何减少吸附剂的提前吸附消耗和真空下的重新脱附,是低温真空容器制造的关键控制点,也是研究的重要方向。通过各种控制方案的对比测试,找到合适的控制方案,提高吸附剂的真实性能,为产品真空质量提供有力的保证。
Low temperature adsorbent,a mixture of 13X and 5A molecular sieves,plays a crucial role in ensuring vacuum quality during the in-service use of low-temperature containers.Adsorbent has active characteristics and inevitably come into contact with the outside world during the manufacturing process,resulting in a loss of departmental performance.How to reduce the early adsorption consumption of adsorbents and the re-desorption under vacuum is a key control point in the manufacturing of low-temperature vacuum containers and an important research direction.Through comparative test of various control schemes,suitable control schemes are found to improve the true performance of the adsorbent and provide strong assurance for the vacuum quality of products.
