麻醉与镇痛在宫颈癌近距离放射治疗的应用与进展

Application and Progress of Anesthesia and Analgesia in Gynecologic Brachytherapy for Cervical Cancer

宫颈癌近距离放射治疗是利用人体自然腔道放置施源器达到肿瘤和靶组织附近的根治性放疗。近距离放疗治疗过程中,患者通常存在施源器不耐受、疼痛、长时间制动等不适。麻醉与镇痛对于改善近距离放射治疗舒适性至关重要。目前,宫颈癌近距离治疗的麻醉和镇痛领域尚不存在最佳共识。本综述旨在介绍国内外镇静镇痛在近距离放疗中的应用与研究进展,为临床提供参考,展望其未来的发展方向。

Gynecologic brachytherapy is a radical radiotherapy near the tumor and target tissue by using the body’s natural cavities.Prolonged immobilization is required when placing the applicator,and discomfort such as intolerance,pain,nervousness,fear,etc usually occur.Anesthesia and analgesia are pivotal for comfort in brachytherapy.At present,there is no widely recognized consensus over anesthesia and analgesia for gynecologic brachytherapy.The objective of this review is to introduce the application and research progress of sedation/analgesia techniques in gynecologic brachytherapy for clinical practice,and prospect its future development.
