镀后冷却过程对热浸镀Al-Zn-Mg-Si-Re钢板锌花尺寸的影响

摘要 为有效控制热浸镀钢板表面的锌花尺寸,利用相图计算、Ansys-fluent模拟及热力学计算,研究了镀后冷却过程对锌花尺寸的影响。结果表明:在55Al-Zn-1.6Mg-1.5Si-0.08Re合金镀层钢板的镀后冷却凝固过程中,影响Al枝晶生长的关键温度区间为562~386℃;在55Al-Zn-1.6Mg-1.5Si-0.08Re合金的自由凝固过程中未形成表面锌花形貌,表明热浸镀时锌花并非从55Al-Zn-1.6Mg-1.5Si-0.08Re合金表面或内部形核,形核质点位于镀层/钢基体界面的金属间化合物层;在562~386℃温度区间的冷速达到62℃/s以上时,55Al-Zn-1.6Mg-1.5Si-0.08Re镀层锌花尺寸可以达到3 mm以下。 In order to effectively control the spangle size on the surface of the hot-dip sheet,based on production process parameters of different specifications coated sheets prepared by hot-dip plating,the effect of cooling process after plating on spangle size was studied by phase diagram calculation,Ansys-fluent simulation and thermodynamic calculation.The results show that during the cooling after plating and solidification process of 55Al-Zn-1.6Mg-1.5Si-0.08Re coated sheet,the key temperature range affecting the growth of Al dendrites is 562-386℃.In the free solidification of the plating bath,no surface spangle morphology was formed,indicating that the spangle nucleation points were not on the surface or inside 55Al-Zn-1.6Mg-1.5Si-0.08Re alloy,theywere located at the intermetallic compound layer at the coating/steel substrate interface.When the cooling rate reached more than 62℃/s in the temperature range of 562-386℃,the spangle size of the 55Al-Zn-1.6Mg-1.5Si-0.08Re coating could reach less than 3 mm.
