摘要
1952年,Apgar评分由Virginia Apgar首次提出,很快在世界范围内被接受和广泛应用。随着现代医学和围产监护技术的发展,近年来对Apgar评分逐渐产生一些质疑。在Apgar评分诞生70年后的今天,再次复习Apgar评分的历史和展望未来的发展。
Virginia Apgar invented the Apgar score in 1952,and it quickly became approved and widely used around the world.Some issues concerning the Apgar score have gradually emerged in recent years as modern medicine and perinatal surveillance tools have advanced.Today,70 years after the Apgar score's inception,we are reviewing its past and looking into its future.
